LOVE

Vandaag wil ik een kaartje met jullie delen wat ik gemaakt heb aan de hand van de lopende Sugar Bowl challenge. Het extra thema is birthday. In plaats van een happy birthday heb ik love als tekst genomen. Het kaartje zal ik voor een verjaardag gebruiken. Het image is een Sassy girl (apple of my eye). Achter het meisje is bij de originele stempel een mandje met appels, maar omdat dat niet helemaal binnen het thema en de kleurtjes van de kaart paste, heb ik dat van het plaatje geknipt. Het afbeeldinkje is dit keer gekleurd met copics.

Today I want to share a card with you that I have made after a sketch from the current Sugar Bowl challenge.

The extra theme is birthdays and I will definately give this card to a birhtday boy or girl. I've used apple of my eye from the Simply Sassy range. In origin, the stamp has a basket with apples standing next to this girl, but I cut it off. The Sassy girl is coloured with copics.

IT'S A BOY !!!

Vandaag start weer een nieuwe challenge bij het EHI blog. Dit keer is de opdracht maak een geboortekaartje voor een jongen.

Het thema is deze keer weer lekker ruim bij EHI, dus ik zou zeggen doe gezellig mee.
Jullie hebben 14 dagen de tijd een kaartje te maken.


Iets meer details over mijn kaartje:
De diertjes aan de rechterkant heb ik uit een scrapvel van een oudere papierlijn geknipt. De twee teksten zijn afkomstig van een nog ouder stickersheet, maar je kent de uitdrukking wie wat bewaard heeft wat hihi. Verder heb ik een recentelijk gekochte stans van Tim gebruikt, distressed Doily genaamd.
Het afdrukje is van TeddyBo, de eerste Teddybo die inkleur en dit keer heb ik de copics gebruikt om het afdrukje in te kleuren.

A bit more details about my card:
The bugs and butterfly that are on the right side of the card are cut out of an older paperline I had stashed away in my craft room. Also the two wordprhases are from an even older stickerpad. It's an example that you should keep your things and don't through them away easely, you may never know when you need them.
I used a new Tim die on this card, distressed doilly.which I've recently purchased.
For the first time I've used a Teddy Bo image and used my copics for colouring.

TASTING SNOWFLAKES ON YOUR TONGUE....


Voordat ik met mijn berichtje over mijn kaartje start, wil ik graag iets anders met jullie delen. Ik kreeg onlangs van een zeer lieve vriendin dat hartje toegestuurd en ik stond letterlijk met de tranen in mijn ogen toen ik het zag, de spreuk is ozo waar vind ik.

Before I start with my post about todays card, I want to share something else with you. Recently a dear friend send me this cute little heart and needless to say, my eyes were filled with tears when I saw this gift she send me. I really love the frase on this cutie.

Ik ervaar op het moment problemen met Blogger waardoor ik niet overal commentaar op jullie kaartjes geven kan. Ik hoop dat Blogger dit probleem snel oplost, want ik vind het best vervelend.

Tja, vandaag weer een kattenkaartje wat ik delen wil met jullie, hihi. Op de Vintage kaartenclub is een wedstrijd met een schets, waarnaar ik het volgende kaartje gemaakt heb. Het papier is van een cardkit van vorige maand. De schets was een uitdaging, want door de rechthoekige kaart had ik weinig plaats voor frutsels. De sneeuwvlokjes op het kaartje zijn gemaakt met liquid pearls.
Ik ben benieuwd wat jullie van het kaartje vinden en kijk uit naar jullie reacties.

Well, this day I want to share a card with you and I again used a cat's image. I made this card with a sketch shown in Vintage kaarten club. It was a challenge, because due tot the sketch and the rectangle card, I couldn't use to much embelishments. The snowflakes on the card are made with liquid pearls.

FRIENDS MAKE LIFE GRAND

Dank jullie wel voor jullie fijne reacties op mijn vorige kaartje. Ik ben blij dat jullie het zo mooi vonden.

Het kaartje wat ik vandaag met jullie delen wil is gemaakt met de schets bij Hanna & Friends. Ik heb de paperpad van Kaisercraft "Sweet nothing" genomen, die tevens in de cardkit van Simpel Scrappen zat van deze maand. Ik vond het zo'n gaaf papier dat ik er gelijk mee aan de slag ben gegaan. Omdat ik dit kaartje ook bij de lopende WOJ challegen mee laat doen, heb ik deze keer gekozen voor het stempeltje "together forever" van WOJ en niet voor een stempel van Henry het muisje. Het metalen hartje heb ik er aan het afdrukje met een strikje vastgemaakt. Het afdrukje is weer ingekleurd met aquamarkers.
Ik ben razend benieuwd hoe jullie het kaartje vinden.

Today I want to share a card with you that I made with the sketch that's over at Hanna & Friends. I recently received the Kaisercraft paperpad "Sweet Nothing" in my cardkit from Simpel Scrappen and as always, couldn't wait to use the paper. I'm also entering this card in the current WOJ challenge, so instead of Henry I used these cute little birds called "together forever" also from WOJ. I've attached the metal charm with a nice bow on the image. The image itself is again coloured with aquamarkers.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Ohh...ik was tweede bij WOJ challenges ! Dank jullie wel lief WOJ-DT team dat jullie mijn kaartje zo mooi vonden dat ik in de Top 3 beland ben. Ik vind het een enorme eer !!!
Als kersje op de slagroom, ben ik ook tweede geworden bij de Nederlandse Kaartenuitdaging ! Ik voel me ook hier enorm vereerd dat ik in de top 3 beland ben en wil ook het DT-team van harte danken voor deze eer !

Vandaag start een nieuwe challenge bij Een hoop inspiratie. Als opdracht moet je een randpons op je kaartje gebruiken. Ik heb een oude randpons genomen, die van MS, de doily lace. Verder heb ik een deep edge (rand) pons gebruikt, het hekje.
Het thema is heel breed, dus ik zou zeggen, doe gezellig mee met deze challenge !

Voordat ik met mijn verhaaltje over het kaartje start wat ik met jullie delen wil, wil ik jullie volgers allemaal eerst een gelukkig nieuwjaar wensen en het allerbeste voor 2012. Tevens dank je wel voor alle fijne reacties die ik in 2011 op dit blog ontvangen mocht.

Het kaartje wat ik vandaag met jullie delen wil, is gemaakt naar een schets van Papertake Weekly. Ik had onlangs een MME paperpad gekocht en zoals dat meestal gaat popel ik om het papier te gebruiken. De kattenstempel is van Penny Black. Verder heb ik een label doohickey van Magnolia gebruikt en een tekststempel van Whimsy. Het katje is deze keer ingekleurd met copics en het roosje is met spica pennen gekleurd.
Ik ben ontzettend benieuwd naar jullie reacties, te meer omdat ik deze keer wat minder "frutsels" op de kaart gebruikt heb (voor mijn doen dan hihi).

Before I start off with a new card, I want to wish all my followers a verry happy New Year, may all your wishes come true in 2012. Also a big thank you for all your lovely comments you've left on my blog.

The card I want to share with you today is made with a sketch from Papertake Weekly.
I recently purchased a lovely paperpad from MME and same as always, I couldn'rt wait to use this paperpad. I've used a cat stamp from Penny Black and coloured it with copics, the rose that the cat is holding is coloured with spica to give it a lovely sparkle. I also used a Magnolia doohickey tag and a Whimsy text stamp.
I'm looking forward to your comments, especially since I didn't use as much embellies as I normally do on a card.
