Creative craft lab Ted - Pregnancy cards

 Hi everyone,
Today I want to share 2 cards I made recently 
after a long time of no card making.
But Ted, a new bear die from Creative Craftlab was so 
cute, I gave it a try.
As the mother to be is expecting twins, I used Teds arms and faces twice.

And here are separate pics of the two cards made

Hallo allemaal,
Vandaag wil ik deze twee bijzondere kaartjes met jullie delen.
Het zijn de eerste van mijn hand na een lange tijd.
Ted, de nieuwe beerstansjes van Creative Craftlab zijn zo mooi, dat ik
ermee werken wilde.
Er gaat een tweeling geboren worden, daarom twee Tedjes in de luier.

En hier zijn de kaartjes die ik gemaakt heb, 1 voor de bijna oma en opa en 
1 voor het gezin dat de tweeling verwacht.

Both are Slimline cards. I used paper from a cardkit I received.
The letters Hoera are made with older Whiff of Joy alfabet dies and the 
other sayings are done with my We Are Memorykeepers Word punch.

Marriage gift and card

 Hi everyone,
Today I want to share a card and a glass jar with you
that I made for a special occasion.

Vandaag wil ik graag een kaart en een glazen pot met jullie
delen wat ik gemaakt heb voor een speciale gelegenheid.

The mandala is made with a sheet from Elisabeth Craft designs.
On your special day is a stamp from Noor! Design where I used
Versamark and white sprakling embossing powder.

I used a Dutchdoobadoo mixed media stencil to create the pattern.
The alphabet is from Jenines Mindfull text collection.
The heart is a die from Whiff of Joy.
I also used vellum.

Aurorawings stamps new release DT

Hi everyone,

Today I am so trhilled and excited to share with you

the new images from Aurorawings stamps.
I am in love with each and everyone and had such

pleasure colouring and creating with each of them.
Do take a peek at the Aurorawings Showcase blog to see
what my fellow teammies made with these lovely images.
I am sure you will be inspired after seeing the post :)

Again this is a long post with lots of pics, still hope

There are a total of 5 new sprites.
Here is a sneak peek of 4 of these new addition,
the new Zodiac sprites:

Let's start with Hollyhock sprite.

On my first project that is shared I enlarged this sprite 

so it would fit nicely in a photoframe

and I could add more details.

Ik vind ze stuk voor stuk weer geweldig.
Onwijs gaaf ze te kleuren en met hun creaties te maken.

In totaal zijn er 5 nieuwe sprites te bewonderen.
Hier alvast een voorproefje van de vier nieuwe horoscoop Sprites:

We beginnen met Hollyhock sprite.
Voor mijn eerste projectje heb ik deze digi iets vergroot,
zodat deze netjes in een fotolijstje past en
ik extra details kon kleuren.

At this moment I am working on a small booklet where I want to 

include my beloved furbabys pics. It is still in the making, however

I did make one tag that goes into this album with Hollyhock sprite:

Op het moment ben ik bezig met een albumpje met fotos van mijn
twee katjes. Ik ben nog even hiermee bezig, maar wilde deze tag
aan het album toevoegen, gemaakt met Holyhock sprite:

This image is coloured in a different tone, I think every colour

looks fabulous for this amazing sweet sprite.

Ik denk dat elke kleur fantastisch uitziet die je voor deze sprite gebruikt.

Before moving to the next Sprite, a memorydex card was

also created with this sprite:

Voordat de volgende sprite aan de beurt is, wil ik graag nog een 

memorydex card laten zien met Hollyhock sprite:

The paper I used is from Mintay on both label and memorydex card.

The next sprite is Leo sprite.

What a fun he was to colour, I loved this challenge.

De volgende sprite is Leo Sprite.

Dat was gaaf deze te kleuren, een echte uitdaging !

En dit is de kaart die ik met deze lieve digi gemaakt heb:

Papers are from Joy! crafts (Franciens katten) and it looks

perfect in its natural colours to the sweet image.
The heartshape die is from Whiff of Joy, still love to use 

dies from this company. The paper I used shines lovely in real life.

It is always hard though to pick this up on camera, I did try though:

Papier is van Joy! crafts (Franciens katten) en omdat het mooie
aardse, neutrale kleuren had past dit perfect bij het afdrukje.
De hartjes stans is van Whiff of Joy.
Nog steeds gebruik ik graag hun spullen.
Het papier glittert mooi in werkelijkheid wat ik voor de hartjes
gebruikt heb, maar dat is altijd moeilijk op foto om te laten zien.
Ik heb toch getracht dit te zichtbaar te maken:

The doily is also a die from Whiff of Joy.

Besides the card also a memorydex card is created:

Ook de doily is een stans van Whiff of Joy.
Naast de kaart heb ik met deze sprite ook een memorydex kaart gemaakt:

This time I tried to match the papers used in the projects to match

with the papers on the Memorydex card.

The second sprite that arrives today in the shops 

from the Zodiac range is Virgo sprite.

Deze showcase heb ik getracht dezelfde papiertjes te gebruiken in beide
projectjes.

De tweede sprite van de horoscoop sprites is Virgo sprite.

This signe is also my Zodiac signe.

I loved that she is drawn so sweet and has straw in her hands,

as it is an Earth signe.

Since this image is so sweet, a sweet background

to match this image was choosen.

This is the card I made with this image:

Dit teken is ook mijn horoscoopteken.

Ik vind haar zo lief getekend en met de strohalmen in haar hand

is het mooie verwijzing naar het aarde teken dat maagd is.

Omdat dit zo lief afdrukje is, wilde ik ook een lieve achtergrond

dat bij dit afdrukje past.

Dit is de kaart die ik met dit afdrukje gemaakt heb:

The background is made with an embossing/cutting die.

Instead of plain white paper, a softer toned beige paper is used.

The words Happy Bday are made with my Wordpunch.

And a Memorydex card was also created:

De achtergrond is gemaakt met een embos/stans mal.
In plaats van het standaard witte papier, heb ik dit keer
gekozen voor een licht beige getint papier.
De woorden Happy Bday zijn gemaakt met mijn Wordpunch.

Tevens heb ik een Memorydex kaart gemaakt:

And introducing another addition to the Zodiac sprites, Libra Sprite

Vervolgens wil ik jullie graag kennis laten maken met Libra Sprite:

With this cute one a card was made:

Hiermee heb ik allereerst een kaart gemaakt:

The background is made with copics and activator.
Few drops of the refill ink was dropped on Yupo paper (plastic surface)
and activator was spread on the surface.
Then the liquid was guided by my blowing it around the surface.
(Idea came to mind by a Facebook friend who posted this technique not too long ago)
I then added splashed of another refill colour.
I tried to stitch the surface on a teststrip, but that did not look neat, so
skipped this step on the Yupo paper.

With this image I also created a bookmark:

De achtergrond is gemaakt met copics en met activator.
Enkele druppels van de refill ink op het Yupo papier druppelen
(Yupo papier heeft een plastic laagje) en dan activator op de druppels spuiten.
De vloeistof rondblazen over het oppervlak en laten drogen.
(Idee kwam naar aanleiding van een FB vriend die deze techniek niet al te lang
geleden liet zien)
Vervolgens heb ik met een andere refill kleur spetters op het oppervlak gemaakt.
Het zag niet zo mooi uit als ik op een teststripje dit papier borduurde,
dus heb ik het bij dit papier niet gedaan.

Met dit afdrukje heb ik ook nog een boekenlegger gemaakt:

Mintay paper is used.

The last Zodiac sprite for today is Scorpio sprite:

Mintay papier is hier gebruikt.

De laatste horoscoop sprite van vandaag is Scorpio sprite.

The challenge I set myself too with this one was that I wanted to have 

a green/blueish shine on the image, as scorpio's have a

shiny surface in real life.

I do love how he looks coloured.

With this sprite I also made a card with the same technique as

described with Libra sprite, only changed the primary refill colour.

De uitdaging die ik mezelf gesteld heb bij deze sprite was dat ik een groen/blauwe glans

wilde creeëren op het oppervlak.

Schorpioenen hebben deze ook in het echt.

Ik ben trots hoe hij gekleurd is.

Met deze sprite heb ik ook een kaart gemaakt met dezelfde technique als

beschreven bij Libra sprite, alleen de basiskleur is een andere.

I am so excited as today is another

and I was invited.

Hallo allemaal,

Vandaag ben ik trots dat ik mocht meedoen

met het tonen van de nieuwe afdrukjes van 

Aurorawings op het 

Aurorawings Showcaseblog .

Ik ben altijd blij en trots als ik gevraagd wordt een bijdrage te leveren.

Ik geniet van de sneak peeks van de nieuwe afdrukjes om

daarna vol plezier met ze aan de slag te gaan.

Ik mocht met dit lief afdrukje spelen:

I coloured her with copics and Prismacolor pencils.

The stars are puffed with glaze, but that is sadly 

hard to catch on camera.

Here is the project I made with this adorable image:

En zien jullie het lieve katje op haar schouder ? eeeeeeeee, zo lief

Dit afdrukje is op dit moment nog niet te koop in 

de Aurorawings winkels, maar kan verkregen worden

als kado bij aankoop.

Later meer hierover.

Ik heb dit lief meisje ingekleurd met copics en Prismacolor potloden.

De sterren zijn dikker in werkelijkheid, door een

soort van dikkere glanslaag die ik over de sterrren 

gedaan heb.

Dit is echter moeilijk via de camera vast te leggen.

Hier is het project wat ik met het lieve afdrukje gemaakt heb:

I used acetate as base for my card.

The web pattern is made with 

Dutchdoobadoo paste and stencil.

The idea was shown on a Facebook group and I loved it.

So, thought I would give it a go with the next thing I create.

Papers are from Imaginisce.

The ghosts are dies from Memory Box.

Ik heb acryl gebruikt als basis voor mijn kaart.

Het web patroon op het acryl is gemaakt 

met Dutchdoobadoo pasta en stencil.

Het idee kwam op Facebook voorbij en ik vond het

zo leuk dat ik dit graag bij een volgend projectje wilde proberen.

Papier is van Imaginisce.

De spookjes zijn stansjes van Memory Box.

White sparkle paper was used to diecut,

giving it some sparkle and flair.

The orange circle where they are placed is from Studiolight.

And no diecut cat this time, but a cat charm and this:

Ik heb wit glitter papier gebruikt voor wat meer glans en flair

voor het stansen van de spookjes.

De oranje circel waarop de spookjes geplaatst zijn is 

gestanst met een stansje van Studiolight.

En geen kattenstansje dit keer, wel een kattenbedel en dit:

As always Mitzis images are so sweet, that sweetness

in a card is what I aim for.

This image is very versatile, not only for Halloween purposes.

You see more of this in my next creation.

First let me show you the coloured image:

Zoals altijd zijn Mitzis afbeeldingen zo lief, dat ik 

altijd probeer die lieflijkheid in het project te brengen.

Het afdrukje kan op vele verschillende gelegenheden gebruikt

worden, niet alleen voor Halloween.

Wat ik bedoel zie je in mijn volgende voorbeeld.

Ik laat je eerst het gekleurde afdrukje zien:
