Kleuren met potloden DT - Colin Bradley Art

 

Hi everyone,
Today I want to share another class I finished from
Colin Bradley School of Art.
It was out of my comfy zone, yet loved every
colouring second.
It is a smaller piece, aprox A5 size and coloured with
Lumiance pencils from Caran D'Ache using solvent.

Hallo allemaal.
Vandaag wil ik graag iets laten zien van een recentelijke les die ik 
gemaakt heb bij Colin Bradley School of Art.
Het was echt iets heel anders, maar toch genoten.
Het is een kleiner schilderij, ongeveer A5 formaat.
Gekleurd met potloden van Caran D'Ache in combinatie met oplosmiddel.

I thorougly enjoyed this lesson.

Again it is time to show some inspiration
on the Kleuren met potloden blog.
This time I used my metallic pencils from Derwent
ande from Spectrum Noir
to colour a Mandala.

I made as a gift for a special person.

of her cat and one for her colours in daylight.

 Hi everyone,
Another fun lesson with several pastel pencil brands
that's finished.
I loved using the different pastel brands as
you can feel the difference and fun to use them together.
The brands that were used to colouring this Teddy Bear were
Faber Castell Pitt Pastel pencils, Caran d'Ache Pastel pencils,
Cretacolor pastel pencils and Stabilo Carthobello pastel pencils.

Hallo allemaal,
Opnieuw een superleuke les met diverse pastelpotloden merken
die klaar is.
Ik vond het erg leuk de diverse pastelmerken door elkaar tegebruiken
en hun eigenschappen te voelen.
Bij deze teddybeer zijn de volgende merken gebruikt:
Faber Castell Pitt pastel potloden, Caran d'Ache pastel potloden,
Cretacolor pastel potloden en Stabilo Carthobello pastel potloden.

I loved the look I achieved on the teddybears face, a bit 3D.

The furr contains some surprising colours in it like blue, pink and violet.
It does give this puma its lovely natural look.

Op de vacht zijn interessante kleurtjes gebruikt die je niet zo

snel zou verwachten zoals rose, violet en lichtblauw.
Maar door deze kleurtjes krijgt de puma 

zijn geweldig natuurlijke uitstraling.

that is the reason these areas are a bit blurry on the pic too.

KLeuren met potloden DT

Hi everyone,
Today I want to share a black cat
colouring with you that I tried to colour a
second time using Pitt Pastel pencils from Faber Castell.
This was my first try:

Hallo allemaal,
Vandaag wil ik opnieuw een zwarte kat laten zien aan jullie
die ik gekleurd heb met Pitt Pastel potloden van Faber Castell.
Dit was mijn eerste poging:

and this is the second colouring:

You can see there is a lot of difference between the two.

Lots more details and fine lines in my second try.

I used a tutorial from Colin Bradley Art to colour this cat.

Colours of this cat are:

Ears: 101 - 187 - 191 - 273

Nose: 101 - 187 - 191 - 273 - 199

Eyes: 199 - 273 - 173 -101

Furr: 101 - 199 - 273 - 187

De tweede kat bevat veel meer fijne details en lijntjes dan de eerste kat.
