Today is a special day as new sprites are added to
the excisting range from Aurorawings stamps.
where you see more creations than below with the
gorgeous new sprites.

The first one I would like to show is called Kitsune sprite:

De eerste sprite die ik graag met jullie delen wil heet
Kitsune sprite.
I love how Mitzi adds Japanese rituals and mythology to her creations.
Kitsune is the Japanese word for fox and is often a mythical creature.
The more tails the fox has, the more wisdom and power the creature has.
For me the number 3 is spiritual and holy.
A perfect choice for this sweet sprite.
To express the diversity of the tails, each tail is coloured in a different
colour combo and texture.
With this sprite I made two creations.

Ik hou ervan dat Mitzi Japanse rituelen en mythologie
aan haar creaties toevoegd.
Kitsune is het japanse woord voor vos en wordt vaak gebruikt voor een mystiek dier.
Hoe meer staarten de vos heeft, hoe meer wijsheid en kracht de vos heeft.
Het aantal staarten wat deze Kitsune sprite heeft is perfect voor mij,
De nummer 3 staat voor mij voor spiritualiteit en een heilig getal.
Om de diversiteit meer te benadrukken van de staarten, is elke staart
gekleurd in een verschillende kleur en met verschillende vacht structuur.
Met deze sprite heb ik twee creaties gemaakt.
I love to create memorydex cards with the new additions
and this one is so lovely to use with fall colours.
The words are washi tape from Studiolight.
Papers are from a local store and have a suttle gold foil on the
surroundings of some of the leaves.
The lovely sprite is coloured with copics. The sprite is small printed so
I wanted to give this watercolour effect and texture so tried to blend
the colours as little as possible to create this effect.
To increase the sweetness of the sprite, all tails are coloured
the same, different to the sprite on the second creation.
With no white background surrounding the sprite and the
design paper choosen, I also wanted a neutral look of the fur.

Ik hou van het maken van memorydex kaartjes met nieuwe sprites
en deze is zo gaaf in herfstkleurtjes.
De woorden op het kaartje zijn Washi tape van Studiolight.
Papier is van een lokale winkel. Op het papier zijn de omrandingen
van de bladeren met goudfolie omringd.
De lieve sprite is ingekleurd met copics.
De sprite is kleiner geprint zodat hij op de kaart past en ik heb
getracht een aqauarel effect te creeëren door de kleuren
zo weinig mogelijk te blenden.
Om de lieflijkheid van de sprite te benadrukken en om
harmonie te creeëren op het kaartje heb ik gekozen om de staarten
bij deze creatie allemaal dezelfde kleur te geven.
Dit is mijn tweede creatie:
Used the same design paper as on the Memorydex card.
As the image is bigger, it was easier to create texture.
The cute cats on the moon die was a birthday gift.
The next new sprite I coloured is called
Hepatica sprite:

Ik heb hetzelfde design papier gebruikt als op de Memorydex kaart.
Omdat het afdrukje groter was, kon ik meer details in de
vacht aanbrengen.
De lieve katjes op het maantje is een stansje wat ik voor mijn
verjaardag ontvangen heb.
De volgende nieuwe sprite die ik gekleurd heb heet
Hepatica sprite:
I love using pastel colours on the sprites and always
try to colour them in their natural colours.
This creation is also coloured with copics.
Let me start first with showing you my Memorydex card:

Ik hou van zachte pastel kleurtjes te gebruiken voor de sprites
en tracht om hun altijd te kleuren in hun natuurlijke kleurtjes.
Deze creatie is ook gekleurd met copics.
Ook hier start ik opnieuw met een Memorydex kaartje:
The design paper is from a local shop and the branches and leaves
have a suttle shimmer on them.
As it was so close to the realistic colour and my colouring,
this seemed perfect to use.
The text is from Studiolight.
This is my card with the sprite:

Het design papier is van een lokale shop.
De takken hebben een glittereffect, wat op foto moeilijk over te brengen is.
Ik vond het toepasselijk gezien het veel leek op de kleur van mijn kleursel.
De text is van Studiolight.
Dit is het kaartje wat ik met deze sprite gemaakt heb:
This memoboard is a die from Studiolight.
The words and background paper are also from Studiolight.
The design paper is from a Christmas paperline, but
the colours looked so lovely to this sprite that I still used it.
On all creations I used 3D foam so that the sprite would differ
from the paper below and stand out.
Of course, this is hard to catch when making pics.
The last sprite for today is called Indian corn sprite:

Het memobord is een stans van Studiolight.
De woordjes en het achtergrond papier is van Studiolight.
Het papier is eigenlijk een kerstlijn, maar qua kleur vond ik het
perfect bij de sprite passen.
Bij alle creaties heb ik de sprite met 3D foam op de creatie geplakt,
zodat de sprite meer op de voorgrond kwam en de creatie meer
diepte bevatte.
Natuurlijk is dat moeilijk te zien op de fotos.
De laatste sprite die ik met jullie deel vandaag heet Indian corn sprite:
Although a lot of colours can be used for this corn,
I wanted to colour it to the corn colour that I see in the fields
where I live.
I love the cute earrings this sprite is wearing.
So, to give the earrings and the necklace a special touch,
I coloured them in the colours of popcorn.
Here is the card I made with this sweet sprite:

Ondanks dat veel kleuren mogelijk zijn bij deze maïs,
heb ik deze sprite gekleurd in de kleuren van de maïs die
ik in de velden rondom mij zie.
Ik vind de oorbellen zo leuk bedacht bij deze sprite.
Om dat wat meer aandacht te geven heb ik de ketting en de
oorbellen gekleurd in de kleur van popcorn.

I also created a Memorydex card with this sprite.
It was a lovely chance to use my latest die that came in
just before the Showcase date.
