SO IN LOVE

Ohhh...ik zag dat ik de candy bij Bea gewonnen heb !! Hoe gaaf is dat ? Wauw !! Ik las het gisteren en het maakte mijn dag nog zonniger. Ik kijk nu al uit naar die ongetwijfeld leuke post.

De nieuwe challenge bij het WOJ blog is "Love is in the air" en wat voor stempel gebruik je hiervoor ??? Juist, Henry het muisje. Deze stempel is van de nieuwe collectie en die moest ik gewoon hebben, ik vind hem zo mooi.
Henry is ingekleurd met copics, omdat dat weer mooier bij het papier paste. Het papier is een paperpad van de laatst verschenen cardkit van Simpel Scrappen (Kaisercraft - "sweet nothings").
Voor de rest alleen een doohickey, een lantaarntje van Cheery Lynn en een vogeltje van Marianne Design gebruikt.
De schets is afkomstig van het vintagekaartenclubje.
Zoals altijd ben ik reuze nieuwsgierig naar jullie reacties.

Oww, yesterday I saw that I've won the candy over at Bea's blog. As you can imagine my Sunday was filled with extra sunshine. I couldn't believe that I've won and I'm so thrilled knowing there's something very nice on it's way.

The new challenge over at WOJ is tittled "love is in the air" and what better then Henry to use for this occasion ??? It's a stamp from the latest range from WOJ which I was a must have for me.
Henry is coloured with copics and I've used the paperpad Sweet Nothings from Kaisercraft. This paperpad was included in the latest card kit from Simpel Scrappen.
I've used a doohickey, a lantern die from Cheery Lynn and a cute little birdie die from Marianne Design also on this card.
I've used the sketch from vintagekaartenclubje .

LIEVE GROETJES

Het kaartje wat ik vandaag met jullie delen wil, is gemaakt naar aanleiding van een schets van het NKU challengeblog. Ze zijn altijd heel erg uitdagend, mede omdat je je vrij precies aan de schets houden moet. Ik hou wel van een uitdaging, dus dat is extra motivatie om mee te doen.
Ik heb gekozen voor een zoetig kaartje in het rose. Het papier is van Magnolia. Verder heb ik gebruik gemaakt van een doohickey stans en een stans van WOJ, het vlaggetje. Tevens heb ik een Nestabilitie gebruikt. Het koekjestrommeltje-bedeltje heb ik kado gekregen van Madelon, het zat bij het kerstkaartje als verrassing. Het afdrukje is ingekleurd met de aquamarkers.
Ik ben ontzettend benieuwd naar jullie reacties.

The card I want to show to you today is made after a sketch on the NKU challengeblog. It's really a challenge these sketches, because you have to stick as closely to the sketch as possible. I'm always in for a challenge, especially if it's "a hard nut to crack".
I have choosen for a sweet pink card, made with Magnolia paper. I've used 2 dies on this card, one doohickey and a flag from WOJ. I´ve also used a Nestabilitie. I've received the coockie jar-embellie from Madelon, as an extra surprise enclosed in her Christmas card. The image itself is coloured with aquamarkers.

LITTLE HENRY GIFT BOX

Allereerst wil ik mijn nieuwe volgers van harte welkom heten, ik ben zo blij dat jullie de weg naar mijn blog gevonden hebben en dat jullie het de moeite waard vonden om volger te worden.

Dank jullie wel voor jullie supergave reacties op mijn vorige kaartjes, jullie reacties waren echt het hoogtepunt van de dag voor mij. Ook een extra dank je wel aan het DT-team van NKU, want ik werd tweede bij hun challenge en heb hiervoor een superleuk prijsje ontvangen.

Vandaag wil ik geen kaartje, maar een doosje met jullie delen. Het doosje zat in de cardkit van Simpel Scrappen. Ik heb Magnolia papier gebruikt voor dit doosje. Zoals bijna standaard zijn de randen met de hand geborduurd. De bovenkant van het doosje heb ik gemaakt aan de hand van een schets van Hanna & Friends. Ik kon het niet laten en heb weer Henry gebruikt en helaas...geen katje (paste niet meer hihi). Henry is deze keer weer ingekleurd met copics, mede dankzij een kleurentutorial van Angelique op het Copic Benelux Blog lukt het me beter de kleurtjes te mengen.
In het doosje zelf zitten 2 geurzeepjes om het geheel wat aan te kleden.
Ik ben ontzettend benieuwd wat jullie van dit projectje vinden.

First a want to give my new followers a warm welcome and I thank you that you found my blog and liked it so much that you became a follower.

Also, a very big thank you to everyone who's leaving me messages on my previous cards and projects, it really makes my day reading the comments. Also a very special thanks to the NKU team, I was second in their latest challenge and received a lovely price.

Today I want to share a little box with you. The box was part of the Simpel Scrappen cardkit and I've used Magnolia paper this time. All the edges of the paper are again handstitched. I've made this cute box after a sketch over at Hanna & Friends.
Again, I use sweet Henry and no cat on this project, wasn't room for one alas. Henry is coloured with copics again and since I read the tutorial from Angelique on the Copic Marker blog, the blending is improving.
I've used two soaps to decorate the inside of the box.

Vandaag wil ik een kaartje met jullie delen wat ik gemaakt heb aan de hand van de lopende Sugar Bowl challenge. Het extra thema is birthday. In plaats van een happy birthday heb ik love als tekst genomen. Het kaartje zal ik voor een verjaardag gebruiken. Het image is een Sassy girl (apple of my eye). Achter het meisje is bij de originele stempel een mandje met appels, maar omdat dat niet helemaal binnen het thema en de kleurtjes van de kaart paste, heb ik dat van het plaatje geknipt. Het afbeeldinkje is dit keer gekleurd met copics.

Ik verheug me nu al jullie reacties te lezen.

Today I want to share a card with you that I have made after a sketch from the current Sugar Bowl challenge.

The extra theme is birthdays and I will definately give this card to a birhtday boy or girl. I've used apple of my eye from the Simply Sassy range. In origin, the stamp has a basket with apples standing next to this girl, but I cut it off. The Sassy girl is coloured with copics.

IT'S A BOY !!!

Vandaag start weer een nieuwe challenge bij het EHI blog. Dit keer is de opdracht maak een geboortekaartje voor een jongen.

Het thema is deze keer weer lekker ruim bij EHI, dus ik zou zeggen doe gezellig mee.
Jullie hebben 14 dagen de tijd een kaartje te maken.


Iets meer details over mijn kaartje:
De diertjes aan de rechterkant heb ik uit een scrapvel van een oudere papierlijn geknipt. De twee teksten zijn afkomstig van een nog ouder stickersheet, maar je kent de uitdrukking wie wat bewaard heeft wat hihi. Verder heb ik een recentelijk gekochte stans van Tim gebruikt, distressed Doily genaamd.
Het afdrukje is van TeddyBo, de eerste Teddybo die inkleur en dit keer heb ik de copics gebruikt om het afdrukje in te kleuren.

A bit more details about my card:
The bugs and butterfly that are on the right side of the card are cut out of an older paperline I had stashed away in my craft room. Also the two wordprhases are from an even older stickerpad. It's an example that you should keep your things and don't through them away easely, you may never know when you need them.
I used a new Tim die on this card, distressed doilly.which I've recently purchased.
For the first time I've used a Teddy Bo image and used my copics for colouring.

TASTING SNOWFLAKES ON YOUR TONGUE....


Voordat ik met mijn berichtje over mijn kaartje start, wil ik graag iets anders met jullie delen. Ik kreeg onlangs van een zeer lieve vriendin dat hartje toegestuurd en ik stond letterlijk met de tranen in mijn ogen toen ik het zag, de spreuk is ozo waar vind ik.

Ik ervaar op het moment problemen met Blogger waardoor ik niet overal commentaar op jullie kaartjes geven kan. Ik hoop dat Blogger dit probleem snel oplost, want ik vind het best vervelend.

Tja, vandaag weer een kattenkaartje wat ik delen wil met jullie, hihi. Op de Vintage kaartenclub is een wedstrijd met een schets, waarnaar ik het volgende kaartje gemaakt heb. Het papier is van een cardkit van vorige maand. De schets was een uitdaging, want door de rechthoekige kaart had ik weinig plaats voor frutsels. De sneeuwvlokjes op het kaartje zijn gemaakt met liquid pearls.
Ik ben benieuwd wat jullie van het kaartje vinden en kijk uit naar jullie reacties.

Alas, Blogger is having problems so I'm not able to comment as much as I want on you blogs, so I pray that this issue is soon over and I'm able to leave more comments on every-ones blog.

Well, this day I want to share a card with you and I again used a cat's image. I made this card with a sketch shown in Vintage kaarten club. It was a challenge, because due tot the sketch and the rectangle card, I couldn't use to much embelishments. The snowflakes on the card are made with liquid pearls.
