Cards und More / Bildmalarna

Today I want to share a card with you that I made for the Cards und More shopblog.

It is the first time ever that I used a stamp from Bildmalarna.

I just fell for the sweet fairries.

I coloured the image with distress markers.

Although I had my doubts on the colour of the wings I found it was a perfect match to the papers whilst laying the image on the card.

On the wings I used stickles as an extra touch.

I also used a tab die from  La-La-Land crafts, but alas this one is no longer available in the Cards und More store.

The cute little angel charm is also from the Cards und More store.

Vandaag wil ik een kaartje met jullie delen dat ik gemaakt heb voor het Cards und More shopblog.

Het is de allereerste keer dat ik een stempel van Bildmalarna gebruikt heb.

Ik kon deze serie gewoonweg niet weerstaan.

Ik heb het afdrukje ingekleurd met distress markers.

Ondanks dat ik twijfelde over de kleur van de vleugeltjes, heb ik het afdrukje toch gebruikt omdat het naderhand perfect paste bij de kleurtjes van het papier.

Ik heb stickles op de vleugels aangebracht als extra accent.

Ik heb ook een tab stansje gebruikt van La-La-Land crafts maar deze stans is helaas niet meer te verkijgen in de Cards und More winkell.

Ik kon de verleiding niet weerstaan om met deze schattige Tilda een kaartje te maken, ze is zooo lief :).

Ik heb haar ingekleurd met distressmarkers.

Als paper heb ik My Mind's Eye gebruikt.

De randen van het papier zijn bewerkt met Distress paint, zo gaaf om te gebruiken.

Op het kaartje heb ik diverse Doohickeys gebruikt, een Marianne Design stans en een stans van Tim.

Ik ben benieuwd naar jullie reacties.

I coloured the edges with Distress Paint for a chance.

Whiff of Joy -doorplate

When I saw this doorplate I just had to buy it, I knew what I wanted to create and how in an instant.

So, the first free moment I started to craft with this doorplate.

Toen ik voor het eerst deze deurplaat zag, moest ik deze gewoon kopen.

Ik wist ook gelijk hoe ik het maken wilde.

Dus, het eerste beste moment dat ik tijd had, ben ik hiermee aan de slag gegaan.

Ik heb diverse Whiff of Joy producten gebruikt, voor een overzicht van mijn gebruikte producten, scroll even naar beneden.

Het adrukje wat ik gebruik heb, is van de January release van Whiff of Joy en is ingekleurd met copics.

Nicecrane Designs has added some lovely Valentine images to its collection and each and everyone is so sweet. that it is hard to make a choice which ones to use.

I decided to use an image from this sheet:

I did not use any design papers on this box, since the image itself was so lovely it hardly needed anything more than a few bit and bops.
The heartbox is a die from Whiff of Joy.
The arrows that I stamped on the cotton are also from Whiff of Joy.

Nicecrane Designs heeft enkele hele lieveValentijns plaatjes aan zijn collectie toegevoegd en oooo ze zijn zo schattig en leuk, dat het voor mij moeilijk was een keuze te maken.
Ik heb besloten voor een plaatje van deze serie:

Ik heb geen design papier gebruikt voor deze box, omdat het plaatje zelf al zo lief is dat ik de nadruk op het plaatje wilde hebben en ik ook vond dat niet veel anders nodig was, behalve sommige embellies.
Het hartjesdoosje is een stans van Whiff of Joy.
De pijltjes die ik op het katoen gestempeld heb, zijn ook van Whiff of Joy.

Whiff of Joy Challenge

Today starts a new challenge over at the Whiff of Joy blog and this time the theme is easy: anything goes.

Do take a peek at the challenge blog or visit the personal blogs of my fellow teammies to see the lovely creations they all made.

For my creation I used the lovely heartbox dielight from Whiff of Joy that was released last month.

It is easy to use and it cuts and folds perfectly and it i such a sweet gift to give to a special person.

I used several more stuff from the latest Whiff of Joy January release:

1. the nested hearts dielights as a tag on the chocolates bag.

2. the heartbanner.

3. an eyelet from the box of charms.

4. the image which I have coloured with copics.

The stamp was given to me by a dear friend and this is such a perfect occasion to use it.

The crystals I used on the heartbanner are also from Whiff of Joy.

The papers are from an older MME line.

Vandaag start een nieuwe challenge op het Whiff of Joy blog en dit keer is het thema heel eenvoudig: alles mag.

Neem gerust een kijkje op het challengeblog of breng een bezoekje aan de persoonlijke blogs van mijn medeteammies om te zien wat voor moois ze gemaakt hebben.

Voor mijn creatie heb ik de superleuke heartbox dielight gebruikt van Whiff of Joy wat vanaf vorige maand te koop is.

Het is heel makkelijk in het gebruik en het snijd en vouwt echt supermakkelijk en het is toch zo'n mooi kado voor een speciaal iemand.

Ik heb ook andere spullies gebruikt van de spullies die vanaf januari te koop zijn:

1. nested hearts diellight die ik gebruikt heb als tag op mijn chocolaatjes zakje.

2. heartbanner

3. een eyelet van een nieuwe box of charms

4. het afdrukje, wat met copics gekleurd is

De stempel heb ik gekregen van een dierbare vriendin en dit is een geweldige manier deze stempel te gebruiken.

De glittersteentjes die ik gebruikt heb op de heartbanner dielight zijn ook van Whiff of Joy.

Het papier wat ik gebruikt heb is van een oudere MME papierlijn.

Cards und More / Whiff of Joy

Today starts a new challenge over at the Cards und More challengeblog and the theme for the upcoming two weeks is men cards.

Do take a peek at the challengeblog or visit the personal blogs of my fellow teammies to see what lovely things they made for this challenge.

Love these car related Henry stamps and they are fab to use, most men love cars or things on wheels :).

I choose Mechanic Henry for my card that I'm sharing with you today.

Henry is coloured with copics and since changing tyres can make a mouse dirty, I tried to give that smudge on to my Henry.

I used Boy crazy from My Mind's Eye for this card.

I used a sketch from Christmas challenges with sketches to get started.

Vandaag start een nieuwe challenge bij het Cards und More challengeblog, thema voor de komende veertien dagen is mannenkaarten.

Neem gerust een kijkje op het challengeblog of neem een kijkje op de persoonlijke blogs van mijn medeteammies om hun creaties te bewonderen voor deze challenge.

Ik hou van deze Henry stempels, ze zijn zo breed te gebruiken, want de meesten mannen houden wel van auto's of van iets dat met wielen te maken heeft :).

Voor vandaag heb ik gekozen voor Mechanic Henry.

Henry is ingekleurd met copics en omdat het banden verwisselen een smerig zaakje is, heb ik geprobeerd Henry een wat smoezeliger uiterlijk te geven.

Ik heb een paperpad (Boy Crazy) van My Mind's Eye genomen voor dit kaartje.

Ik heb een schets gebruikt van Christmas challenges with sketches.

Ik heb een aantal Whiff of Joy stansjes voor dit kaartje gebruikt, voor een totaal overzicht van mijn gebruikte Whiff of Joy producten scroll even naar beneden aan het einde van dit bericht.

Cards und More

Today is my turn to give you inspiration at the Cards und More Shopblog.

I used an older line from MME but still love the sweet pastel colours that this line has.

The image is from Magnolia and I coloured it with Faber Castells.

I know you can work with them without blending, but I just wanted to see the effect if I do.

I used turpentine as blending medium.

The lovely butterflies are a combo of an older MS punch with the lovely butterflies from JOY! crafts.

I just fell in love with this cute Happy Birthday die from JOY! crafts, so just had to use this one on the card.

Vandaag is het mijn beurt jullie inspiratie te geven op het Cards und More Shopblog.

Ik heb voor mijn kaartje een oudere papierlijn van MME gebruikt, waar ik nog steeds verliefd op ben vanwege de mooie zachte kleurtjes.

Het afdrukje is van Magnolia en ik heb het ingekleurd met Faber Castells.

Ik weet dat je ook zonder blending werken kunt met deze potloden, maar ik wilde gewoon testen hoe het met deze potloden gaat.

Ik heb reukloze terpentine gebruikt als blending oplossing.

De lieflijke vlinders zijn een combi van een oudere MS pons en de vlinders van JOY! crafts.

Ik werd meteen verliefd toen ik deze mooie Happy Birthday stans zag ook van JOY! crafts.

Ik moest hem gewoon snel gebruiken op een kaartje :).
