Aurorawings Showcase

Hi everyone,

Today I am so excited and honoured

as I got to play with two lovely new

sprites that are showcased today on the

Aurorawings Showcase blog.

The sprites are such a lovely addition to the

Aurorawings stamps and it seems they are 

just getting cuter and cuter with every

showcase.

First I am showing you this lovely new sprite:

Hallo allemaal,

Vandaag ben ik trots dat ik jullie 2 nieuwe sprites mag 

laten zien waarmee ik heb mogen spelen.

De nieuwe digis worden vandaag getoond op het 

Aurorawings Showcase blog.

De sprites zijn een hele mooie aanvulling op het

Aurorawings assortiment.

Het lijkt wel alsof ze steeds schattiger worden 

met de tijd.

Als eerste wil ik jullie deze nieuwe sprite voorstellen:

This one is so whymsical and supercute.

It is called Unicorn Sprite

My digi was coloured with copics.

I wanted to use a different colour than grey as

shadowcolour, so used BV colours instead.

As I wanted to look the inside of the ears darker,

I used some C colours.

The same C colours are also used in the hoofs.

I added glitter to unicorn as the Sprite wears it as outfit.

Used my white gelpen for this.

With the manes I wanted to do something different

as I did want to add colour to the image and outfit.

This way it would match more with the design papers.

So I used several gentle pastel colours to colour the manes.

Deze digi is zo sprookjesachtig en zo lief.

De digi heet

Mijn digi is ingekleurd met copics.

Ik wilde graag een andere kleur dan grijs nemen

als schaduwkleur.

De schaduwkleur bij deze digi zijn BV kleurtjes.
Omdat ik de binnenkant van de oren donkerder wilde

kleuren, heb ik C kleurtjes boven op de BV gebruikt.
Dezelfde C kleurtjes heb ik naderhand op de hoefjes gebruikt.
Met een witte gelpen heb ik glitter aangebracht op het pakje.
Met de manen wilde ik eens iets anders proberen.
Ik wilde graag kleur toevoegen aan het afdrukje zodat het beter 

bij het achtergrond papier zou passen.
Ik heb pastel kleurtjes gebruikt voor de manen.

Hier is de kaart die ik gemaakt heb met dit lieve afdrukje:

Papers are from Joy! crafts.
The Shape is a die from Studiolight.
The text Celebrate is from a Studiolight stamp and die set.
I stamped the text with white Stazon on craft.

My second creation of today is another lovely

new sprite called Easter Bunny sprite

Het papier is van Joy! crafts.
De kaartvorm is een stansje van Studiolight.

De text Celebrate is van een Studiolight stempel en stans set.

De tekst heb ik met witte Stazon op het kraftpapier gestempeld.

Mijn tweede creatie van vandaag is opnieuw een lieve sprite

genaamd Easter Bunny sprite

Mine is coloured with copics.

I tried to create a fluffy look on the bunny custome.

I also wanted to match the colours of the paper in the eggs

and used colours that matched to them.

Here is my creation with this cute digi:

Ik heb deze digi gekleurd met copics.

Het konijntje heb ik getracht langharig en knuffelig te maken.

Tevens wilde ik dat de kleurtjes van het papier in de eieren 

terugkwamen.

Ik heb kleurtjes gebruikt die goed bij elkaar passen zodat het

een beetje monocrome lijkt :)

Hier is mijn creatie met deze digi:

At a craftshow I took an big ovale die home with

me from Studiolight. 

I used two diecuts from kraft paper to create 

this basket.
The front  half egg form is drawn in first on

 the papers and then cut with scissors.
The papers are from Pion Design.
Inside is a chocolate bunny treat :)
Of course I had to use a (naughty) cat on this creation too.
Here it seems as if the kitty wants to jump

 right into the nest of eggs :)
The dotted egg on the left is a wood embelishment.

Op een beurs heb ik een grote ovale stans gekocht van Studiolight.

Het bakje is ontstaan door twee van deze stansjes op kraftpapier.

De voorste helft, het halve ei, is 

eerst getekend met potlood en daarna geknipt met een schaar.
Papier is van Pion design.

Binnenin is een zakje gevuld met chocolade haasjes.

Natuurlijk is ook een (ondeugend) katje te vinden 

op deze creatie.
Het lijkt alsof het katje in de eierenhoop wil springen.

Het gestippelde ei aan de linkerkant is een houten embelishment.

I hope you enjoyed this long post as much as I did
