Today two new images are added to the
Stamps by Aurorawings range.
There is a showcase post on the Stamps by Aurorawings blog
where my fellow teammies also show their creations.
So proud to show you this addition on my blog today.

Hallo allemaal,
Vandaag worden 2 nieuwe afbeeldingen toegevoegd aan
de bestaande serie van Stamps by Aurorawings.
Op het Stamps by Aurorawings blog zie je tevens de creaties
van mijn mede teammies voor deze showcase.
Met trots laat ik deze toevoeging vandaag op mijn blog zien.
Dit zijn de nieuwe afdrukjes:

Dit zijn de nieuwe afdrukjes:
As much as I wanted to print them large so all details would
be coloured , decided to print them at regulair size and make cards with them.
With colouring there was a personal challenge, colouring monochrome.
This image is called Angel of Rememberance 1:

Zo graag ik ook deze vergroot wilde printen en kleuren,
zodat alle details goed zichtbaar zijn, besloot ik toch ze op standaard
grootte te printen en kaartjes met hun te maken.
Een persoonlijke uitdaging was monochroom inkleuren.
Dit afdrukje heet Angel of Rememberance 1:
It was lovely to have some pastel colour to the monochrome colouring by
adding text in pink and the soft colour of the image in the background.
On to the second creation.
This time soft colours were used on background and on image.
First showing the coloured image:

Het was leuk enkele pastelkleuren in het papier en in de tekst te hebben,
die een mooi contrast vormden met het monochrome kleuren.
Bij de tweede creatie werd het afdrukje ingkleud met zachte pastel kleuren.

Beide afdrukjes zijn ingekleurd met copics.
Het papier van beide kaarten is van Mintay papers.
De teksten zijn van een Studiolight stansvel.
Op de valreep is er nog een derde afbeelding
bijgekomen die zijn entree maakt in deze Showcase.
Ik wilde jullie de afbeelding toch laten zien:
Deze zal zeker door mijn in de toekomst gekleurd worden.
Wat een prachtige digi met deze waterlelies.

This is one of the few times a soft pink is used in combo with reds.
This is the card I made with this image:

Dit afdrukje heet Angel of Rememberance 2.
Het is 1 van de weinige keren dat zacht rose gebruikt wordt met rood.
Dit is de kaart die ik met dit afdrukje gemaakt heb:
Both images are coloured with copics and on both cards Mintay paper is used.
The texts are from a Studiolight block.
At last minute another wonderfull image from Mitzi's hand
is added to this Showcase.

Gorgeous work, Marion! Love the different treatments you used for the angels. The monochrome is dramatic and has a wonderful vintage feel and Angel 2 is as soft and sweet as a breath of Spring. Your beautiful papers enhance the coloring perfectly. Fabulous! xxD

The monochromatic approach looks lovely on the first one, with the sweet sense of nostalgia the look evokes. The soft and colorful approach on the second angel creates such a magical atmosphere.
